Your day has reached its end and it's finally time for rest. Slowly lower yourself into the place you call you bed, to become completely flat on your back. Although laid flat allow you head, arms and legs to fall into a natural position so you are feeling comfortable, also at this point it is a good idea to make sure you are at a sufficient temperature, if not changing this by adding or removing a layer of duvet or blanket.
Once you have found this position, close your eyes. Be aware of your breath and entire body, try to clear your mind of what may have happend through out your day, not allowing yourself to ponder on what tomorrow might hold. When you have finally freed your body and conscious of anything you have withheld, the only thing you should be able to hear is the gentle beat of your heart. Allow this beat to form a rhythm, a rhythm that will slowly lullaby you away. You will begin to drift into a state of tranquility where you find your self at peace, then..then there will be nothing.
